Cook the Code is a high octane “Potions Masterclass” hackathon where speed meets logic. Unlike traditional long form hackathons, this is a 2 hour rapid prototyping sprint. Participants will receive a surprise problem statement at the stroke of 11:00 AM and must “cook up” a functional software solution from scratch. It’s a test of how quickly you can architect, code, and deploy a solution under intense pressure.

📜 Strict “Kitchen” Rules

• Surprise Problem: The specific challenge will be revealed only at the start of the event.
• No “Pre cooked” Code: Using pre-built projects or existing personal repositories is strictly prohibited. Everything must be coded within the 2 hour window.
• Allowed Ingredients: You are encouraged to use Open-source libraries and APIs to speed up your development.
• Evaluation: Judges will score based on code efficiency, UI/UX (for web/app projects), and how well the solution addresses the problem statement.
