🛡️ Technical Project Requirements
Participants must design a multi-functional space within strict spatial and budgetary constraints:
- Total Interior Space: Must not exceed 600 m².
- Total Exterior Area: Must not exceed 400 m².
- Materials: Preference for sustainable, local materials (earth, bamboo, local wood) to ensure low-cost and self-buildable construction.
- Purpose: The center should facilitate education, social gatherings, and administrative support for the community.
