Startup World Cup Bangalore Regional 2026 is the Bengaluru qualifying round of the global Startup World Cup, organized by Pegasus Tech Ventures in partnership with CEDAT. It gives Indian startups a chance to pitch in Bengaluru and win a spot at the global finale in Silicon Valley/San Francisco, where the world champion competes for a US $1,000,000 investment prize.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Startup Requirement: Open to startups from any domain and any stage.
- Legal Entity: The startup must be a legal entity, not just an idea
- Funding Restriction: No restriction
- Multiple Regionals: Startups can apply to more than one regional competition, unless they have already become a regional champion
🎯 Selection and Pitch Process
- Application Review: Applications are reviewed by a committee including VCs, incubators, and angel investors
- Finalist Selection: Most regional competitions select around 10–20 startups
- Finalist Communication: Only selected finalists are usually contacted
- Regional Pitch: Selected startups pitch at the onsite Bengaluru regional event
- Grand Finale Pitch Format: At the global finale, startups get 4 minutes to pitch followed by 2 minutes of Q&A
