The Climate Change Illustration & Animation Competition, officially called “Art on Climate” International Illustration Competition, is a global creative competition for illustrators and video creators. Participants have to submit original artworks or short animated videos on the theme of climate change, using visual storytelling to spread awareness and inspire climate action. The competition is organised by Fingertips Company Limited and sponsored by Allianz Global Investors (AllianzGI).

- Mode of conduct: Online submission through the official competition website.
- Categories: Participants can submit entries under Illustration Category and Animated Video Category.
- Theme: The main theme is Climate Change, with suggested topics like climate transition, biodiversity protection, just transition, sustainable innovation, and collective action.
- Submission limit: Each participant can submit up to 3 illustrations and 3 animated videos.

- Registration and upload start date: 18 May 2026
- Last date to submit entries: 31 July 2026
- Result announcement: Winners will be notified by email, and results will be announced by 30 September 2026.
🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Eligibility: Open to any person aged 18 years or above from any location.
- Age cut-off: Participants must be 18 or above as of 17 May 2026. Entry type: Entries must be submitted individually, not as group submissions.
- Originality rule: Submitted illustrations or animated videos must be original, relevant to climate change, and must not have been previously published, used, awarded, or submitted to another competition.
- Identification rule: Entries must not include signatures, names, symbols, pictures, words, or voiceovers that identify the participant.
- Description requirement: Each entry must include a short description of 30 to 100 words.
- Illustration specifications: Illustrations must be in colour, in A3 size, uploaded as JPG, minimum 300 dpi, and maximum 10 MB.
- AI rule for illustrations: AI-generated artwork, photographs, and clip art are not accepted in the illustration category.
- Animation specifications: Animated videos must be 10–15 seconds long, uploaded in MP4 or MOV, with file size up to 30 MB.
- Animation format: Videos must be in 9:16 vertical or 1:1 square format.
- Text and audio rule:Voiceovers are not allowed; any text used in the video must be in English.
- Evaluation process: Entries will be judged using a 100-point scale, and winners will be ranked based on the highest scores.
