Genomics India 2026 Conference + Hands-on Workshop is the 6th edition of Genomics India Conference (GIC 2026), focused on the theme “Genome to Bioeconomy: Innovation, Impact and Economic Transformation.” The event brings together researchers, students, clinicians, scientists, policymakers, startups, and industry experts to explore how genomics is shaping healthcare, agriculture, biotechnology, diagnostics, AI/ML, and sustainable development. The conference will be held in Bengaluru with pre-conference hands-on workshops followed by the main conference

🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Student eligibility: The official registration page specifically recommends the event for life sciences and related-field students, including BSc/BTech, MSc/MTech, and PhD students for group registration support.
- Poster participation: All registered conference participants can submit a poster abstract at no additional cost.
- Abstract focus areas: Submissions are invited in areas like Human Genome Studies, Cancer Genomics, Microbiomes, Infectious Diseases, Agricultural Genomics, Clinical Genomics, NGS, AI in Genomics, and AI in Multi-Omics.
- Poster rules: Abstracts must be in English, limited to 500 words, include clear sections such as aims, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusions, and posters should be in portrait mode up to 4 ft × 3 ft.

- Poster presentation awards: Top 3 best posters will receive cash prizes.
- First prize: ₹15,000
- Second prize: ₹10,000
- Third prize: ₹5,000
