To prevent automated database disqualification, schools must adhere to the following rigid registration structure:
- Geographic Matrix: Open exclusively to schools located within three districts: Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, and Pathanamthitta.
- Board Affiliation: Open to all educational boards (CBSE, ICSE, State Board, etc.).
- Team Volume: Each school is permitted to register a maximum of two teams.
- Team Array Nodes: Every individual team must consist exactly of:
- 2 Students currently studying in Classes IX to XII.
- 1 Mentoring Teacher to act as the official team custodian.
