Bharatiya Antariksh Hackathon 2026 is the third edition of ISRO’s national-level space-tech innovation challenge, powered by Hack2skill. The hackathon invites Indian student innovators to solve real-world challenges in areas like AI/ML, satellite imagery, climate modelling, agriculture, lunar exploration, exoplanet detection, solar flare forecasting, and space operations. Participants get a chance to learn from ISRO scientists and domain experts while building solutions for India’s growing space ecosystem.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Eligible Participants:
- Undergraduate students
- Graduate/Postgraduate students
- PhD students and research scholars
- Students must be currently enrolled in an Indian institution
- Not Eligible:
- Working professionals are not eligible to participate.
- Team Rules:
- Each team must have 3 to 4 members.
- Team members may be from different colleges or universities.
- Participation Rules:
- Teams must register for the hackathon.
- Teams must select one challenge statement from ISRO’s listed problem statements.
- Teams need to submit a detailed concept/idea proposal in the initial phase.
- A prototype is not required during the initial idea submission phase.
