Chinmaya University
📌 About the Event
The Three Day National Youth Conference on Indian Knowledge Systems 2026 is hosted by the Centre of Excellence for IKS–CKS Integration and Innovation at Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth.
The summit is designed to engage youth with the structural heritage of Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS). The focus is on connecting traditional frameworks with modern research methods, interdisciplinary applications, and scientific innovation. Students and young researchers will present original findings via a dedicated, competitive poster exhibition.
📅 Critical Timelines & Campaign Gates
- Conference Dates: September 10, 11, and 12, 2026
- Physical Venue Hub: Adi Sankara Nilayam, Veliyanad, Kerala – 682313.
- Phase 1 Intake Protocol: Open via the official Google Abstract Submission Form.
🎓 Age Constraints & Eligibility Parameters
To ensure this functions strictly as a youth forum, the academic board enforces hard age cut-offs verified on the day the conference starts:
- Target Demographic: Limited to young scholars, students, and research professionals between 16 to 35 years of age (inclusive as of September 10, 2026).
- Birth Window Range: Applicants must be born on or after September 11, 1990, and on or before September 10, 2010.
📏 Abstract Submission Guidelines
Before designing a presentation poster, candidates must clear the abstract evaluation gate:
- Word Count Bounds: Exactly 250 to 350 words.
- Core Directive: Reviewers will prioritize the unique nature of the paper, its methodology, and how clearly it connects traditional IKS concepts with modern knowledge frameworks.
- Roster Scaling Bounds: Solo presenters or teams up to a maximum of 3 members are permitted.
- Filing Protocol: For team submissions, only the primary or corresponding author needs to complete the Google Form. However, the names, affiliations, and total headcount of all team members must be explicitly detailed within both the form fields and the abstract text itself.
- Registration Cost Incentive: Presenters whose abstracts are successfully accepted by the vetting committee pay ₹0 registration fees. A separate registration form will be sent to accepted authors.
📐 Physical Poster Technical Specifications
Authors whose abstracts are accepted must format their final physical displays to these exact dimensions:
- Standard Print Size: A0 Dimension Profile ($84.1\text{ cm} \times 118.9\text{ cm}$ or $33.1\text{ inches} \times 46.8\text{ inches}$).
- Mandatory Header Fields: Every poster must clearly display the main paper title, full names of all primary authors and co-authors, academic/institutional affiliations, and the email address of the corresponding author.
