📌About the Event

The Korean Language & Culture Workshops 2026 are a series of interactive online sessions organised by The Korea Society for learners interested in developing practical Korean-language skills while exploring Korean popular culture and everyday life. The July workshop series includes learning Korean through K-pop songs, preparing for travel in Korea, and studying useful expressions through scenes from the Korean drama When Life Gives You Tangerines. The workshops will be conducted live on Zoom by instructor Sunhee Song, with instruction provided in both English and Korean.

• The workshops are open to international participants because they are conducted online through Zoom.
• Students, working professionals and other Korean-language enthusiasts may register.
• The K-pop workshop is suitable for beginners and participants interested in Korean music.
• The travel workshop is suitable for absolute beginners and Beginning 1–2 learners.
• The K-drama workshop is recommended for learners who can read Hangul and understand basic Korean expressions.
• The official event description states that the K-drama workshop is open to participants aged 16 years and above.
