📌About the Event

The Workshop on Advanced Methods in Integral Equations and Their Applications (WAMIEA 2026) is a three-day academic programme organised by the Department of Mathematics, IIT Jodhpur. It aims to develop participants’ understanding of advanced analytical and numerical techniques for solving Fredholm, Volterra and nonlinear integral equations.

The workshop will cover methods such as Neumann series, transform techniques and Galerkin approaches, along with practical applications in heat transfer, wave propagation, fluid dynamics, scientific computing and mathematical modelling.

• Applicants should belong to academic or research institutions approved by AICTE, UGC or the Ministry of Education.
• Interested participants must complete the official online registration and pay the applicable fee.
• Registration does not automatically confirm participation; selected or accepted participants will receive confirmation by August 7, 2026.
• Participants must choose either the online or offline mode while completing the registration process.
• Offline participants should report to IIT Jodhpur on the morning of August 17, 2026.
• As WAMIEA 2026 is an academic workshop rather than a competition, the official brochure does not mention competitive rounds, judging criteria, submissions or participant rankings.
