🎯 Eligibility & Rules

• Who Can Attend:
  • Open to individuals aged 16–35 years (as on 1 March 2026)
  • Applicant must:
    • Be a resident of Delhi, or
    • Be a student enrolled in an educational institution located in Delhi
    • Individual, duo, and group participation is permitted (subject to category-specific rules)
    • Group members must each satisfy the eligibility criteria.
• Rules:
  • Registration is accepted only through the official online portal.
  • Participants must provide accurate personal details.
  • Identity and residency/student verification may be requested during later stages.
  • Performance category cannot be changed after registration.
  • Time limits and category-specific guidelines must be followed during live rounds.
  • False information or eligibility violations may result in disqualification.
