📌About the Event
Sanchalan 2026 is a national-level supply chain management summit and case study competition organized by the Operations Club of Army Institute of Management Kolkata in association with Procam Centre of Excellence. The flagship event has expanded from a campus-level initiative into a national platform featuring separate tracks for students and corporate professionals.
Under the Corporate Track, working professionals will solve a real-world supply chain and operations problem and present practical, innovative solutions before a panel of industry and academic experts. The competition provides professionals with an opportunity to demonstrate their strategic thinking, analytical ability, teamwork, and business problem-solving skills beyond textbook concepts.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Eligibility:
- The Corporate Track is open to working professionals from the corporate sector.
- Each team must consist of 2–3 members.
- All team members must belong to the same organization.
- Inter-organization teams are not permitted.
- Participants must register using the official Corporate Track registration form before the deadline.
- Teams must submit their solution deck within the prescribed submission timeline.
- Outstation teams may participate in the final round online, although an offline presentation at the AIMK campus is strongly encouraged.
- Competition Rules:
- The solution must address the real-world supply chain management problem provided by the organizers.
- Teams must submit their solution in the form of a presentation deck.
- The solution submission link will be shared along with the case problem email.
- Finalists must present and defend their proposed solution before the judging panel.
- Teams attending the offline round must make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
- The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
