📌About the Event

RPG Outperform 2026 is RPG Group’s flagship national-level B-school competition designed to challenge management students with real business problems drawn from RPG companies. Unlike a conventional quiz or theoretical case competition, participants must develop practical solutions and present their ideas to RPG Group’s business leaders. The competition includes separate General Management and HR tracks, allowing eligible students to participate according to their specialisation.

• Event type: National-level B-school case competition

  • The executive summary and detailed submission rounds will be conducted online.
  • The National Grand Finale will be conducted offline at the RPG Group headquarters in Mumbai.
• Team size: 2–3 members
• Problem format: Teams will solve real business challenges connected to RPG Group’s businesses and operations.
• Finale format: Shortlisted teams will present their solutions before the RPG Group leadership team.
• Finalist selection: The top eight teams from the General Management track will qualify for the Grand Finale.
• Travel support: Travel arrangements for teams selected for the Mumbai finale will be managed by RPG Group.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules

• Who can participate:
  • The competition is open to first-year students enrolled in full-time, two-year MBA or PGDM programmes.
  • Students must belong to one of the eligible participating campuses.
  • HR students can participate only through the dedicated HR Track.
  • Team members must be full-time students from the participating campus.

• Winner: ₹3,00,000 and a certificate
• First runner-up: ₹2,00,000 and a certificate
• Second runner-up: ₹1,00,000 and a certificate
• Total listed prize pool: ₹6,00,000
• Pre-Placement Interview opportunity: Finalist teams may receive an opportunity to secure a Pre-Placement Interview with RPG Group, subject to individual student eligibility.
• Leadership exposure: Finalists will get an opportunity to present their ideas before senior leaders from RPG Group.
• Travel support: RPG Group will take care of travel arrangements for teams attending the National Grand Finale in Mumbai.
