📌 About the Program
The National Level ISEA Cyber Awareness Grand Challenge is a major cybersecurity awareness initiative organized by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) in collaboration with MyGov, under the Information Security Education and Awareness (ISEA) program.
The initiative empowers Indian citizens (Digital Naagriks) to produce localized, enacted short videos in any of India’s official languages, blending local culture and heritage with essential cybersecurity practices to protect vulnerable groups from digital threats.

- Challenge Launch Date: July 24, 2026
- Idea / Concept Submission Deadline: August 5, 2026
- Shortlisted Ideas Announcement: August 25, 2026
- Final Video Submission Deadline: September 20, 2026
- Results Declaration: 1st Week of October 2026
- Eligibility: Open to all Indian citizens (Individual entries or Teams up to 8 members)

🎯 Target Groups & Focus Themes
Participants must select one target group and produce a concept/enacted video addressing emerging cyber threats:
- Senior Citizens / Elderly: Phishing scams, KYC frauds, banking frauds, digital arrest, malicious apps, remote access scams, and OTP/UPI risks.
- Women: Cyberbullying, cyberstalking, identity theft, image-based abuse, deepfake blackmail, romance scams, voice cloning, and social media privacy.
- Children / Students: Gaming scams, inappropriate content, social media addiction, online predators, fake contests, and in-app purchase scams.
🎬 Submission Guidelines & Stages
- Stage 01 – Concept Submission (By Aug 5, 2026): Submit a video concept or storyboard in English or Hindi via the official portal.
- Stage 02 – Screening & Shortlisting (By Aug 25, 2026): An expert panel evaluates and shortlists concepts.
- Stage 03 – Final Video Production (By Sep 20, 2026): Shortlisted entries shoot and submit an enacted MP4 video.
Video Technical Rules:
- Format & Quality: MP4 format, minimum 1080p HD, duration up to 4 minutes.
- Languages Allowed: Any of the 22 officially recognized Indian languages.
- Style: Real-actor enacted video focusing on storytelling; minimal animation.
- Strict Prohibitions: AI-generated video/audio strictly banned; no fully animated videos; no copyrighted audio/music or plagiarized content.
💰 Prizes, Rewards & Gratifications
- National 1st Prize: ₹2,00,000/-
- National 2nd Prize: ₹1,50,000/-
- National 3rd Prize: ₹1,00,000/-
- Language-wise Consolation Prizes: ₹10,000/- each (1 winner per official language, total 22 awards)
- Certificates: Participation certificates issued to all valid entries across MyGov and StaySafeOnline portals.
