📌 About the Event

The e-Yantra Robotics Competition (eYRC 2026–27) is India’s flagship project-based robotics competition for undergraduate students across Engineering, Science, and Polytechnic institutions. Hosted by IIT Bombay and funded by the Ministry of Education (Govt. of India) under NMEICT, eYRC trains participants from scratch in advanced robotics, embedded systems, and software tools through gamified problem statements called “Themes.”

👥 Eligibility & Team Structure

Student Track (eYRC)

• Team Size: 2 to 4 students from the same college/institution (cross-branch & multi-year teams welcome).
• Prerequisites: Basic programming knowledge; no prior robotics experience required.

Professional / Open Track

• Dedicated track for non-student participants, including graduates, teachers, and working professionals (teams of 1–4 members).
