📌 About the Program
AMRUT Parakram Din is a statewide cultural and educational initiative organized by Amrut Sanstha under the aegis of the Government of Maharashtra.
The initiative commemorates the military leadership, valor, and legacy of Shrimant Thorle Bajirao Peshwe (Bajirao I), who remained undefeated across over 40 campaigns during the 18th century. Students and citizens across Maharashtra are invited to participate in three creative contests: Essay Writing, Speech (Oratory), and Reels / Shorts Video Creation.

👥 Competition Categories & Eligibility Divisions
1. Essay Writing Competition
- Scope: Write an original essay exploring the strategic brilliance and historical legacy of Shrimant Thorle Bajirao Peshwe.
- Eligible Divisions:
- School Students: Ages 13–17 years
- College Students: Ages 18–24 years
- Open Category: Ages 25+ years
2. Speech Competition
- Scope: Deliver a recorded oratory address focusing on Bajirao Peshwe’s military campaigns and leadership principles.
- Eligible Divisions:
- School Students: Ages 13–17 years
- College Students: Ages 18–24 years
- Open Category: Ages 25+ years
3. Reels / Shorts Video Competition
- Scope: Create a short-form video (Instagram Reel / YouTube Short) creatively depicting a historic episode or milestone from Bajirao Peshwe’s life.
- Eligible Divisions:
- College Students: Ages 18–24 years
- Open Category: Ages 25+ years
📚 Reference Material Requirement
- Mandatory Source Policy: All competition submissions must be based exclusively on the official reference book and video materials provided in the Knowledge Library on the AMRUT Parakram Din portal. Entries relying on non-approved external sources will not be considered valid.
🏆 Prizes & Recognition
- Top Ranks: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rank winners will be selected per division across all three competition categories.
- Publication & Showcase: Winning entries will be featured in the official Winner Gallery and published on the Amrut Maharashtra portal.
