📌About the Event
The Saveetha School of Law National Mega Moot Court Competition 2026 is a national-level advocacy competition for law students across India. Participants will demonstrate their legal research, memorial drafting, analytical reasoning and oral advocacy skills through simulated courtroom proceedings conducted in online and offline rounds.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Eligibilty:
- The competition is open to law students studying at universities and law schools across India.
- Each team must have three members: two speakers and one researcher.
- Teams must prepare and submit memorials according to the official moot proposition and rulebook.
- Participants will be assessed on legal research, memorial drafting, knowledge of law, argumentation and oral advocacy.
- The researcher’s performance will be assessed through a separate Researcher’s Examination.
- Teams will first compete in online preliminary rounds, followed by offline knockout rounds for qualifying teams.
- Detailed marking criteria, memorial formatting rules and penalties are governed by the official competition rulebook.
