The Online Workshop on Proteomics Data Analysis 2026 is organised by the Mass Spectrometry Core Facility, BRIC–Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology (RGCB). The workshop offers practical training in LC-MS-based proteomics data analysis, covering post-MS data processing, protein annotation, statistical and bioinformatics analysis, data interpretation, visualisation, and hands-on exercises using sample proteomics datasets.
