📌About the Event

The PJMT National Green Earth Challenge 2026 is a national-level sustainability competition organized by the Prem Jain Memorial Trust (PJMT). It invites students from Architecture, Engineering, and Design disciplines across India to develop innovative and practical solutions to environmental challenges. Participants can compete in Sustainable Product Design or Sustainable Habitat, with solutions inspired by the Panchabhutas and aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules

• Eligibilty:
• Primarily open to undergraduate students currently studying Architecture, Engineering, or Design at accredited institutions in India.
• Nationality: Participants must be Indian citizens.
• Participants may compete individually or in teams of up to 3 members.
• A team may include one postgraduate student below 26 years of age, provided the other member(s) are undergraduate students; postgraduate students cannot participate individually.
• Students from different institutions and courses may form a team.
• Each individual/team can submit only one entry and cannot participate in both competition categories.
• Entries must be original, unpublished and not previously submitted to another competition.

• Overall prizes/incentives worth: ₹15 lakh.
• Zonal/Semi-Final cash awards shown by the organizer:
• Winner: ₹25,000
• 1st Runner-up: ₹18,000
• 2nd Runner-up: ₹12,000.
• National Grand Finale awards shown by the organizer:
• National Winner: ₹1,50,000
• National Runner-up: ₹50,000.
• National-round participants can receive personalised mentorship from experts.
• Participants get opportunities to pitch before architects, designers, sustainability experts and industry leaders.
• The competition offers nationwide visibility and potential internship opportunities with green architecture and design firms/professionals.
• Certificates of recognition are provided to participants advancing to the zonal and national rounds.
