📌About the Event

The 3rd RRU International Moot Court Competition 2026 (RIMC 2026) is an international law moot organised by the RRU Centre for International Law, School of Criminal Law and Military Law, Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU). The competition focuses on contemporary issues of International Law, Global Peace and Security, giving undergraduate law students from India and abroad an opportunity to demonstrate legal research, memorial drafting and oral advocacy skills. RIMC 2026 will be held at the Rashtriya Raksha University campus in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, from 20 to 22 November 2026.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules

• Eligibilty:
• Participants must be bona fide students regularly enrolled in an undergraduate law programme.
• Students pursuing a 3-year LL.B., 5-year integrated law programme, or equivalent undergraduate law degree can participate.
• The institution must be recognised/accredited by the appropriate competent authority.
• Interested teams should first send a Letter of Intent and Letter of Authorisation to the organisers to obtain a team code.
• The official announcement asks teams to email these documents to rlila@rru.ac.in, with a copy to ilc@rru.ac.in.
• Formal registration and memorial submission must then be completed by 15 September 2026.
• Separate registration forms are available for Indian and international teams.

• The initiative is intended to encourage representation from different United Nations regions.
• Scholarship assistance can cover boarding and lodging, field visits and part of airfare, based on actual needs/case-by-case assessment.
• Scholarship recipients must remain physically present for the full International Law Week from 20 November to 5 December 2026
