Abhivyakti City Arts Project is one of India’s most unique community-driven initiatives designed to bring art out of elite galleries and into the heart of the city. Supported by the UNM Foundation, this multi-week festival provides a massive platform for emerging and established artists across four main pillars: Visual Arts, Music, Dance, and Theatre. The 2026 edition emphasizes “Urban Intersections,” encouraging creators to explore the relationship between Ahmedabad’s heritage and its digital future. Unlike traditional fests, Abhivyakti provides selected artists with financial grants and professional mentorship to produce original, never-before seen works.
