📌 About the Program
The ACM SIGBED Student Research Competition (SRC) 2026 is a premier research competition for students in the real-time, embedded, and cyber-physical systems communities. Organized by ACM SIGBED, the competition offers a platform for both undergraduate and graduate students to present original research. First-place winners (champions) move on to represent SIGBED in the prestigious ACM Grand Finals.

🎯 Submission Guidelines & Process
- Round 1 (Abstract Submission): Submit a 2-page extended abstract describing original research work (published or unpublished).
- For Undergraduate Category: The student does not need to be the primary author, but their individual contribution must be clearly outlined.
- Round 2 (Live Presentation): Shortlisted participants present their research live in front of a panel at ESWEEK 2026.
💰 Prizes & Recognition
Winners in each category (Undergraduate and Graduate) receive cash awards and official recognition:
- 🥇 Champion (1st Place): $500 USD + Qualification to compete in the ACM Grand Finals
- 🥈 1st Runner-up (2nd Place): $300 USD
- 🥉 2nd Runner-up (3rd Place): $200 USD
