Tailored specifically for current and aspiring Product Managers (PMs), Associate Product Managers (APMs), founders, and tech innovators, this event focuses on sharpening high-level product strategy and analytical thinking.
Instead of building a product blindly, participants are tasked with choosing a real-world AI product and dissecting it completely. You will systematically analyze the platform to identify user friction points, critical feature gaps, weak conversion funnels, and missed market opportunities, subsequently proposing actionable, data-backed strategic recommendations and feature enhancements.
