📌 About the Event
The AI Workshop Hack-The-Matrix is an intensive, zero-cost technical training incubator and foundational pipeline hosted on Day 0 of the national-level Hack-The-Matrix Hackathon.
Jointly organized by the AI Club (AIC) and The Infinitix Club (TIC) under the TECHNIDHI ’26 umbrella, this physical boot camp is designed to prepare participants for the upcoming 24-hour hackathon. The curriculum bypasses generic overviews to focus on core technical workflows across Data Science, Machine Learning pipelines, and Agentic AI state-machines. This ensures engineering squads are equipped with the technical skills needed to build functional, high-scoring hackathon systems.

- Interactive, gamified algorithmic coding sprints to test system logic and API troubleshooting.
- 12:30 PM – 02:00 PM | Lunch Break & Peer Networking Mixer
- Mid-day break at the SNIST campus. Teams can use this time to finalize hackathon rosters, sync local Git repositories, and meet potential collaborators.

- Theme: Transitioning from Simple Prompts to Production-Grade Agentic AI Architectures. * Industry professionals, AI engineers, and research consultants break down real-world edge cases, structural validation strategies, and effective API orchestration.
- 03:00 PM – 04:00 PM | Hackathon Inaugural & Day 0 Closing
- The official launch ceremony for Hack-The-Matrix 2026. This includes unveiling the technical evaluation rubrics, releasing API sandbox endpoints, explaining the sponsor special tracks, and hosting a Q&A session with the judges.
