📌About the Event

The All India Company Law Quiz 2026 by ICSI is a national-level quiz competition for students of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. The quiz aims to improve students’ knowledge of Company Law, corporate affairs, business, economic topics, and allied legal areas while encouraging competitive learning among CS Executive and Professional Programme students. ICSI states that the objective is to upgrade students’ knowledge levels and build conceptual clarity in Company Law and allied areas.

ℹ️ Event Details

• Organized by: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India
• Mode of conduct:
  • Preliminary, Quarter-Final and Semi-Final rounds will be conducted online in MCQ format.
  • Students can participate using mobiles, tablets, laptops or desktops with internet connectivity.
• Final round:
  • The final round is scheduled for 29 August 2026.
  • It may be organized in physical mode at the host Regional Council/Chapter city, or virtually if required.
• Competition format:
  • Separate quiz categories for Executive Programme and Professional Programme students.
  • Questions will test conceptual knowledge, application-based understanding and current corporate affairs.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules

• Who can participate:
  • ICSI Executive Programme students with a valid registration number.
  • ICSI Professional Programme students with a valid registration number.
  • Professional Programme pass students who have not yet enrolled in CLDP are also eligible.
• Who cannot participate:
  • Professional Programme pass students who have already enrolled for CLDP.
  • ICSI employees and their wards or spouse.
• Syllabus:
  • Executive Programme: Company Law and current topics related to corporate, business and economic affairs.
  • Professional Programme: Secretarial Audit, Compliance Management, Due Diligence, Corporate Restructuring, Insolvency, Liquidation, Winding-up, Companies Act, corporate disputes, non-compliances, remedies and current corporate/business/economic affairs.
