- Eligibility: Exclusively for undergraduate and postgraduate students currently enrolled in Indian colleges/universities.
- Open to all fields: Technical, Design, or Business.
- Age: 18 years or older.
- Team Size: Up to 3 students (Complementary skills in coding, design, and business are encouraged)
- Effort Level: High (Includes idea submission, prototype development, and multiple regional/national rounds).

The competition features Slingshot Campus Days, a two-day offline event in 10 major cities:

Format of Campus Days:
- Day 1 (Ideathon): A one-day innovation sprint open for fresh applications from student teams not in the main track. Same-day recognition and separate prize pool.
- Day 2 (Regional Demo Day): Shortlisted teams from the main contest pitch prototypes to a jury. One team from each city advances to the National Finale.

Who can participate in the AMD Slingshot?
Only students currently enrolled in universities, colleges, or institutes across India are eligible.
Do I need to have a team to register?
No. You can register individually and form a team later. Teams can have up to 3 members.
Is there a registration fee?
No, participation in AMD Ryzen AI Slingshot is completely free.
Will mentorship be provided?
Yes. Shortlisted teams will receive mentorship and guidance from AMD experts and industry professionals.
Can students outside India participate?
No. The Contest is exclusively for students studying at campuses in India.
How will the shortlisted teams be informed?
Teams will be notified via email and official communication channels.
Where will the Grand Finale take place?
The Grand Finale will be held offline at a national venue. Finalists will receive complete details in advance
