Hosted by the IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) affinity group, this tournament breaks away from traditional testing formats by introducing unpredictable, real-time mechanics to drive collaborative learning across diverse technical domains.

The tournament features three progressively challenging rounds governed by a randomized selection mechanic:
- 🎡 The Digital Wheel: Teams must spin a synchronized digital wheel to dynamically determine their competitive category or technical challenge in real time.
- 🧠 Interdisciplinary Focus: The curriculum spans general awareness, technical engineering frameworks, critical thinking exercises, and rapid problem-solving puzzles.
- 👥 Team-Centric Execution: Designed to simulate high-pressure engineering environments, the matrix places heavy emphasis on peer-to-peer communication, leadership, and adaptive strategy.
