The challenge requires a comprehensive AI/ML engine capable of:

1. Data Anonymisation: Automatically masking PII/PHI (Personally Identifiable Information) in compliance with the DPDP Act 2023.
2. Document Summarisation: Standardizing narratives from SAEs (Serious Adverse Events) and SUGAM applications.
3. Completeness Assessment: Flagging missing fields and detecting duplicate applications.
4. Comparison & Reporting: Generating automated inspection reports from handwritten or unstructured notes.
