📌 About the Event
The CG Post-Matric Scholarship 2026–27 is an initiative of the Department of Tribal and Scheduled Caste Development, Government of Chhattisgarh, for students belonging to the SC, ST and OBC categories pursuing post-matric studies. The scholarship provides financial assistance to support students in continuing their higher education.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Chhattisgarh.
- Applicant must belong to the SC, ST or OBC category.
- Student must have completed the previous qualifying examination.
- Students must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the previous examination.
- Annual family income must not exceed ₹2.50 lakh for SC/ST students.
- Annual family income must not exceed ₹1 lakh for OBC students.
- Valid caste and income certificates are required.
- Aadhaar should be linked with the student’s bank account for scholarship payment.
- Students must complete NSP One Time Registration (OTR) using Aadhaar before applying.
🏆 Benefits for the Participants
- SC/ST hostellers: ₹3,800 per annum
- SC/ST non-hostellers: ₹2,250 per annum
- OBC hostellers in Class 11: ₹1,000 per annum
- OBC hostellers in Class 12: ₹1,100 per annum
- OBC non-hostellers in Class 11: ₹600 per annum
- OBC non-hostellers in Class 12: ₹700 per annum
