Code Auditor 2026 by Techfest IIT Bombay × Kodin

📌About the Event
Code Auditor 2026 is a national-level software auditing and debugging competition organised as part of Techfest, IIT Bombay 2026 and presented by Kodin. Instead of simply asking participants to write code from scratch, the competition focuses on a skill becoming increasingly important in the AI era: finding and fixing defects in AI-generated code.
Participants will inspect functional-looking but flawed codebases, identify logical errors, edge-case failures, inefficient algorithms, API issues, security-related problems and silent failures, and then repair the code without introducing regressions. Techfest officially describes it as a national software auditing and debugging competition conducted under time pressure, with a ₹1,00,000 prize pool.
