The Current AI x BHASHINI Open Handheld AI Innovation Challenge, also referred to as the VYOMA Innovation Challenge, is an innovation challenge by Digital India BHASHINI Division, in collaboration with Current AI and Kalpa Impact. The challenge invites innovators to build open-source, multilingual, voice-first AI solutions using the Suno/Sunno Sutra handheld AI reference device. The focus is on AI that can work in offline or low-connectivity environments, especially for Indian languages, rural users, and last-mile public services.
