📌 About the Program
The Digital Shram Sankalp Ideathon is a national innovation initiative launched by the Ministry of Labour & Employment (MoLE) in collaboration with MyGov.
The hackathon invites students, researchers, IT startups, software developers, and technology entrepreneurs to propose modern digital solutions that enhance the utility, security, and integration of India’s primary labour platforms: eShram, the National Career Service (NCS), and Shram Suvidha Portal 2.0.

👥 Eligibility & Team Structure
- Target Audience: Open to young minds, IT startups, entrepreneurs, IIT/university students, and software companies across India.
- Team Rules: Participating teams can consist of 1 designated team leader and up to 3 additional members (maximum 4 members per team). Individual participation is also permitted.
- Multi-Entry Policy: Teams or individuals may submit ideas for multiple problem statements, but only one submission per problem statement is allowed.
- Registration Fee: Free (No participation fees).
🚀 Key Problem Statements (12 Tracks)
- Migrant Worker Tracking in eShram: Consent-based, privacy-preserving location updates, migration heatmaps, and predictive movement models.
- Profile Updation Engagement: Multilingual audio interfaces, chatbots, IVR/SMS workflows, and gamified engagement for unorganized workers.
- AI-Enabled Interview Preparation (NCS): Mobile-friendly mock interview simulators, voice practice, and soft-skills assessments.
- Increasing Outreach & Fraud Detection: Strategies to increase portal adoption while mitigating fake/phishing platforms.
- AI-Driven Smart Inspection (Shram Suvidha): Automated document analysis (PDF/images), compliance checking under new Labour Codes, and risk-based scorecards.
- Accessibility & Inclusive Technology: Voice-first, icon-driven, multilingual, and disability-inclusive UI/UX.
- Portal Enhancements & User Experience: One-click eligibility checks, simplified onboarding, and rapid profile management.
- Data Quality Enhancement: AI/ML tools to detect and correct incorrect occupation codes, invalid contacts, and inter-database inconsistencies.
- Data-Driven Dashboards: Analytics for real-time migration trends, skill cluster distributions, and district-level labour risk mapping.
- Course & Skill Recommendation Engines: AI-powered wage uplift pathways and skill-gap recommendations linked to live job vacancies.
- Employer Discovery & Hiring Intelligence: Candidate readiness scoring, skill availability heatmaps, and EPFO/ESIC trust verification.
- Transforming NCS into DPI: Architecting NCS as Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) for seamless integration with employers and skilling networks.
📜 Submission & Evaluation Criteria
Format Guidelines
- Submissions must be uploaded as a PowerPoint presentation, Word document, or PDF file.
- Word limit is strictly capped at a maximum of 500 words per problem statement.
- Solutions must adhere to data privacy standards under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, UIDAI, and MeitY guidelines.

Cash prizes will be awarded by MoLE to the Top 5 winning ideas per problem statement:
- 🥇 1st Rank: ₹50,000 cash prize
- 🥈 2nd Rank: ₹40,000 cash prize
- 🥉 3rd Rank: ₹30,000 cash prize
- 🏅 4th & 5th Rank: ₹10,000 cash prize each
