📋 Required Documentation & Validation Checklist

Incomplete submissions or blurry, unreadable document scans will result in an immediate application bounce:

1. Passport-Size Photograph: Must be physically affixed to the designated area on the printed application form prior to final scanning.
2. Parental Verification: Original signature of the parent(s) or legal guardian.
3. Institutional Attestation: Original signature of the college Principal, HOD, or Director accompanied clearly by the official physical stamp/seal of the institution.
4. Applicant Bank Passbook: A clear scan of the passbook front page displaying the holder’s name, account number, and IFSC code. The trust will not re-verify or resend funds if a transfer fails due to incorrect banking numbers.

📥 Step-by-Step Online Application Process

1. Visit the primary portal or the Official Online Application Link.

3. Click on the ‘Click here to Apply’ prompt, select ‘New User’, and fill in your primary academic/income details.
4. Download and print the generated physical application layout form.
5. Affix your photo, collect the requisite parent signatures, and secure the Principal’s signature and college seal.
6. Scan the completed, signed document and upload it alongside your bank passbook scan. The status will update to ‘Submitted’ once all parts are confirmed. Retain a printed copy for your personal records.
