📌About the Event
EcoPravah 2026 – Climate Innovation Challenge is a month-long climate innovation initiative designed to bring together school and college students, researchers, early-stage innovators, and climate-tech startups. The event focuses on sustainable solutions, climate technology, entrepreneurship and collaboration across Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh. Participants get opportunities to pitch their ideas, receive mentorship, connect with investors and become part of the EcoPravah Climate Cohort.
ℹ️ Event Details
- Format: Hybrid — campus-based pitching for student tracks and virtual participation for the startup track.
- Location: Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh and Panchkula.
- Tracks:
- Young Climatizers: School students from Grades 9–12.
- Sustainability Warriors: College and university students.
- Entrepreneurial Express: Fundraise-ready climate startups.
- Selection Process: Online application and evaluation followed by state-level pitching rounds.
- Grand Finale: All three tracks culminate in a finale at Panchkula.
📅 Important Dates
- 30 September 2026: Himachal Pradesh Campus Pitching Round.
- 2 October 2026: Climate Walk and Pledge Wall at Sukhna Lake, Chandigarh.
- 9 October 2026: Grand Finale at Panchkula
🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Eligibilty:
- Young Climatizers:
- Open to school students in Grades 9–12.
- Applicants must be from schools in Punjab, Haryana or Himachal Pradesh.
- Sustainability Warriors:
- Open to college and university students.
- Institutions must be located in Punjab, Haryana or Himachal Pradesh.
- Entrepreneurial Express:
- Open to climate startups across India.
- Suitable for pre-seed, seed, growth, revenue-generating and fundraising-ready startups.
