Participants must structure their literary pieces around one of the two official central themes:
- Financial Transparency and Good Governance: Analyzing how systemic financial audits, professional ethics, corporate accounting compliance, and robust oversight mechanisms minimize economic leaks, build investor confidence, and foster public trust.
- The Role of Taxpayers in Nation Building: Exploring the civic duties of tax compliance, revenue mobilization, and how sustainable tax contributions directly fund national infrastructure, public utilities, social welfare schemes, and sovereign security layers.
📏 Submission & Formatting Guidelines
- Word Count Bound: Strictly between 500 to 600 words. Writing fewer than 500 words or exceeding 600 words can lead to automatic evaluation penalties or disqualification.
- Permitted Languages: The essay can be written and submitted entirely in either English or Hindi.
- Originality Guardrail: Submissions must be the participant’s original, unpublished work. Copied material, direct online plagiarism, or text substantially generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools will be flagged and filtered by the screening panel.
