🎯 What You Will Do
- Browse 184 mentoring organizations on the GSoC website and find 2 to 3 that match your skills and interests
- Reach out to the organization community immediately, the more conversations before proposal submission, the higher your acceptance odds
- Write and submit a strong project proposal, your most critical deliverable
- If accepted, spend 12+ weeks building real features on production open source projects
- Pass midterm and final evaluations to receive your full stipend, projects are scoped for 90 hours (Small), 175 hours (Medium), or 350 hours (Large)
