📌About the Event
HAC’KP 2026 is the 7th edition of Kerala Police Cyberdome’s flagship national hackathon, focused on building AI-powered solutions for cyber-enabled policing and child protection investigations. The 2026 theme is “Agentic AI for Investigations: From Evidence to Intelligence”, where participants will work on the Agentic Child Protection Investigation Assistant (ACPIA) problem statement to help investigators analyse digital evidence, identify threats, correlate data, and generate actionable intelligence.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Eligibility: Citizens of India can apply for HAC’KP 2026.
- Age Criteria: Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- Who Can Apply: Students, developers, cybersecurity professionals, designers, researchers, startups, innovators, AI enthusiasts, and technology professionals can apply.
- Team Rule: Participants must apply as individuals only; teams may be formed later during the event based on expertise and interests.
- Non-Coders: Participants who do not code can still contribute through ideas, design, content, UI/UX, or project management.
- Selection Process: Applications will be reviewed based on the details submitted in the registration form, and selection will be at the discretion of the organizers.
- Evaluation Criteria: Submissions will be evaluated on Concept, Design, Development, Scalability, and Adaptability.
- Rules: Participants must submit original work, provide accurate registration details, maintain confidentiality, and follow the official code of conduct.

- Awards: Winning participants will receive awards and prize cheques during the opening ceremony.
- Expert Exposure: Participants can demonstrate prototypes to senior police officials, national security leaders, and cybersecurity experts.
- Certificate: Shortlisted participants for the first phase will receive a certificate of participation.
- Infrastructure Support: Required infrastructure such as Git repository and cloud instance may be provided as participants move forward.
