MUJ HackX 3.0 is the flagship national-level, 36-hour offline hackathon organized by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (School of Computer Science & Engineering, FOSTA) at Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ).
Designed to ignite innovative thinking and push technological boundaries, this high-octane event brings together over 2,000 top developers, designers, and innovators from more than 50 universities across India. It serves as a launchpad where students collaborate to build working prototypes, file patents, and gain direct exposure to industry mentors, incubators, and investors.

- 01 Fintech: Disruptive solutions in digital payments, neo-banking, personal finance, or micro-lending.
- 02 Edtech: Tools for interactive learning, automated evaluation, or bridging educational accessibility gaps.
- 03 Blockchain for Good: Leveraging decentralized networks for social impact, identity verification, or transparency.
- 04 Supply Chain & Logistics: Optimizing routing, real-time cargo tracking, inventory transparency, and cold chains.
- 05 Environmental Impact Solutions: Green-tech innovations, carbon footprint trackers, or resource conservation engines.
- 06 Healthcare: Telemedicine, predictive medical diagnoses using AI, and remote patient monitoring systems.
- 07 Smart Cities: Smart grids, traffic management systems, and IoT solutions for municipal development.

📊 Competition & Evaluation Rounds
The hackathon splits into three highly competitive progressive evaluation phases:
- Round 1: Online Shortlisting (Free): Selection is based on the comprehensive review of technical profiles, GitHub repositories, and LinkedIn histories submitted by the teams.
- Round 2: 36-Hour Offline Hackathon (Fee-based): Shortlisted teams pay an entry fee (₹899) and gather at the physical MUJ campus to build their working prototype over an uninterrupted 36-hour sprint.
- Round 3: Final Judging: Qualified teams pitch their live working model directly to an expert jury panel.
