HR Through the Lens 2026 is a national-level online video-making competition organised by KIIT School of Management (KSOM) as a pre-conclave event of the 17th National HR Konclave 2026. The contest invites postgraduate students to creatively present workplace stories, people-related challenges and emerging human resource practices through engaging videos. It provides participants with an opportunity to combine HR knowledge, storytelling and visual communication while competing for cash prizes worth ₹80,000.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- The competition is open to postgraduate students from colleges and universities across India.
- Each team must consist of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 members.
- Participants must register before the official deadline.
- Teams must create an original video presenting a meaningful story or perspective connected with workplaces, employees, people management or HR practices.
- Entries should demonstrate an understanding of contemporary human resource issues.
- Participants should ensure that all visuals, music, footage and other creative material used in the video are original, properly licensed or copyright-free.

- Total prize pool: ₹80,000
- First prize: ₹35,000
- Second prize: ₹25,000
- Third prize: ₹20,000
- Winners may receive national-level recognition through the 17th National HR Konclave platform.
