📌About the Event
The IIM Calcutta Teaching Workshop and Practicum 2026 is the fifth edition of an annual faculty-development initiative organised by the institute’s Doctoral Programme Office. The four-day programme is designed for senior PhD scholars, postdoctoral fellows and early-career faculty members who want to strengthen their teaching pedagogy, course-design abilities and classroom-management skills. Participants will learn different teaching methods and conduct short teaching demonstrations, followed by personalised feedback from IIM Calcutta faculty members.
