The Incredible Chef Challenge 2026 – Ahmedabad is an in-person culinary competition organised to showcase the skills of professional chefs and culinary students in food preparation, culinary art, presentation, innovation, and service. Hosted as part of the World of Hospitality platform, the competition allows participants to compete across artistic food-display and live-cooking categories before a jury of experienced chefs from the Gujarat Culinary Association.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Who can participate:
- Professional chefs
- Culinary and catering students
- Individuals with culinary skills representing restaurants, hotels, clubs, banquets, bakeries, confectioneries, catering organisations, and catering institutes
- An individual may participate in multiple categories.
- There is no fixed restriction on the number of entries submitted by a hotel, restaurant, organisation, or institute.
- Entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Registration will be considered complete only after payment of the applicable participation fee.
🏆 Benefits for the Participants
- Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded based on participants’ performances.
- A Best Hotel Team title will be awarded to the eligible hotel, restaurant, club, banquet, or catering organisation securing the highest overall score.
- To qualify for Best Hotel Team:
- The organisation must send between two and 15 competitors.
- Participants must compete across at least two different categories.
- A Best College title will be awarded to the eligible hospitality or catering-management institute securing the highest overall score.
- To qualify for Best College:
- The college must send between five and 15 competitors.
- Participants must compete across at least three different categories.
- Participants can collect participation certificates after completing their respective competition.
- The event offers participants exposure to culinary professionals, industry recognition, networking opportunities, and a platform to demonstrate their skills before an experienced jury.
