📅 Important Dates
- Registration Deadline: 14 June 2026, 12:00 AM IST
- Abstract Submission: Teams submit their proposed project idea in the prescribed format.
- Concept Demonstration: Shortlisted teams submit a video explaining their solution approach, algorithm flow, architecture, workflow, and team introduction.
- Grand Finale: 15–16 August 2026
- Finale Day 1: Opening ceremony and development phase begins on 15 August 2026
- Finale Day 2: Development ends, judging, final presentations, closing ceremony, and result announcement on 16 August 2026
🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Eligibility:
- Open to currently enrolled students from recognized institutions across India.
- Eligible categories include undergraduate, postgraduate, engineering, management, arts, commerce, sciences, law, medical, and other students.
- Inter-college teams are allowed.
- Inter-branch and inter-specialization teams are allowed.
- Students from different academic years can form a team.
- Each participant must carry a valid college ID card during the offline final round.
- Rules:
- All work must be developed during the hackathon duration.
- Teams must follow all submission deadlines.
- Plagiarism, copying, or unauthorized reuse of existing solutions is not allowed.
- Use of AI tools, APIs, frameworks, and open-source libraries is allowed, but teams must disclose them during evaluation.
- Misconduct, unfair practices, or violation of the code of conduct can lead to disqualification.
- The decision of the organizers and judging panel will be final.
