The Tableaux Design Competition for Rashtriya Ekta Diwas Parade 2026 is a creative initiative by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) in collaboration with MyGov. Held annually on October 31 at Ekta Nagar, Gujarat, Rashtriya Ekta Diwas marks the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
This year, the Ministry is directly engaging school, college, and university students across India to conceptualize and design tableaux that showcase India’s shared identity, rich cultural diversity, and commitment to national unity, integrity, and security.

👥 Eligibility Criteria
- Audience: Open to students currently enrolled in schools, colleges, or universities in India.
- Submission Guidelines:
- Submissions must be presented as a PDF presentation or a Google Drive link to a PPT.
- Presentation must include a brief thematic description along with visual elements such as drawings, sketches, or short videos as required.
- Students must mandatorily fill out the attached participation form on the portal.

The central theme for the 2026 tableaux is ‘Vande Mataram’. Sub-themes include:

- Phulla Kusumita Drumadala Shobhini – Preservation of nature and forests.
- Suhasinim – National progress reflected in the smile of every citizen.
- Sumadhura Bhashini – Unity across linguistic and cultural diversity.
- Sukhadam Varadam – India leading in knowledge, innovation, and humanity.
- Sangachchhadhwam – Moving forward together, cleanliness, and collective effort.
- Prakriti-Vandana – Reverence and love for Mother Earth and wildlife.

💰 Gratifications & Benefits
- Top 10 Finalists: Shortlisted students will be felicitated and invited to attend the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas – 2026 Celebrations at Ekta Nagar, Gujarat.
- Mentor Invitation: Each winner can bring along 1 mentor/teacher.
- Fully Funded Trip: All expenses for rail travel, food, accommodation, and local transport for the top 10 winners and their mentors will be fully sponsored by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
