The IYD 2026 Quiz Challenge is an online knowledge competition organised by the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga. It also supports the spirit of Yoga Sangam, a nationwide International Day of Yoga initiative featuring synchronised yoga demonstrations on 21 June 2026.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Eligibility:
- The quiz is open to all users registered on the MY Bharat platform.
- No separate educational qualification or subject background has been specified.
- Participants must have an active MY Bharat account.
- Each participant can attempt the quiz only once.
- The quiz contains 20 MCQs, with four options for each question and only one correct answer.
- Participants must answer all possible questions within five minutes.
- The total score is 20 marks, and participants need at least seven marks to meet the passing score.
- The quiz can be attempted only in English or Hindi.
- Lost, delayed or incomplete attempts caused by technical or network issues may not be accepted.
- The organiser’s decision regarding the quiz will be final and binding.
- The organiser may modify or discontinue the quiz if unforeseen circumstances arise.
- Participation implies acceptance of the quiz’s official terms and conditions.
