📌About the Event

m-YUKTI 2026 – National Women Student Innovation & Impact Challenge is a 24-hour national-level ideathon for women students across India, organised by Maharani Lakshmi Ammanni College for Women (mLAC), Bengaluru. Participants work in teams to develop solutions to real-world challenges across women and children, sustainability, community development, and inclusive technology. A finished product or an existing startup is not required, making the challenge suitable for students who are still at the idea stage.

• Mode: Primarily offline at mLAC, Bengaluru; shortlisted teams also receive online pre-programme expert sessions before the finale.

• Team Size: 2–3 women students

• Women & Children: Solutions that empower, protect and transform.
• Sustainability & Community: Solutions for resilient and sustainable communities.

• Pre-Programme Sessions: Shortlisted teams will receive guidance on ideation, solution development, Business Model Canvas, revenue models, market potential, pitch decks and pitching.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules

• Eligibilty:
• Open to women students from colleges across India.
• Students pursuing Graduation/Undergraduate, Postgraduate or Research programmes can participate.
• Participants must form teams of 2–3 women students.
• Key Rules:
• Teams should work on a problem aligned with one of the three announced themes.
• An existing startup is not required.
• A completed product or prototype is not required at the application stage.
• Participants can enter with a problem/idea and develop it through the innovation process.
