Welcome to MANAGEDIA 2026, the premier, hosted by the iLEAD (Institute of Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Development) network. Designed as a massive, 5 day multi disciplinary talent stadium, the festival features an expansive menu of 70+ competitive events spanning tech innovation, high-end gaming, corporate simulations, physical sports, media production, and fine arts.
The festival serves as a critical networking arena for students from across the country to display domain expertise, build regional prestige, and showcase their talent before industry-leading judging panels and corporate recruiters.
