📌 About the Event
Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana (MYSY) is a Government of Gujarat scholarship scheme that provides financial assistance to eligible students from economically weaker families pursuing diploma, degree, professional and higher education courses. Support includes tuition fees, hostel expenses and books or equipment, depending on the course.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules
- Applicants must be residents of Gujarat and meet the academic requirements of the selected course.
- For degree courses, students generally need at least 80 percentile in Class 12.
- For diploma courses, students generally need at least 80 percentile in Class 10.
- D2D applicants must have at least 65% marks in their diploma examination.
- Students must be admitted to an eligible course and institution.
- For renewal, students must meet the prescribed academic performance and attendance requirements.
- The scholarship is not applicable to students admitted through NRI seats.
🏆 Benefits for the Participants
- Tuition Fee Assistance: Up to ₹2 lakh per year for eligible medical and dental courses.
- Professional Courses: Up to ₹50,000 per year for eligible engineering, pharmacy, architecture and other specified courses.
- Degree Courses: Up to ₹10,000 per year for eligible B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BBA and BCA courses.
- Diploma Courses: Up to ₹25,000 per year for eligible diploma students.
- Hostel & Food Assistance: ₹1,200 per month for eligible students, subject to scheme conditions.
- Book & Equipment Assistance: One-time support of up to ₹10,000, depending on the course.
