The Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan 2026 – Music and Rap Competition is a nationwide creative initiative organized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports as part of the broader “Nasha Mukta Yuva for Viksit Bharat” campaign.
The competition aims to harness the power of music, rap, and youth-led creative expression to promote healthy, substance-free lifestyles and drive social transformation across District, State, and National levels.

👥 Eligibility Criteria
- Age Group: 15–29 Years
- Participation Format: Solo or Group (Maximum 10 Members)
- Geographic Scope: Open to youth from all Districts, States, and Union Territories across India
- Languages Allowed: Hindi, English, or any recognized Indian regional language
- Submission Limit: Maximum 1 entry per category per participant/group

📜 Technical & Mandatory Guidelines
- Originality: Lyrics must be original or appropriately adapted with necessary copyright permissions.
- Accompaniment: Live instruments, karaoke, or recorded backing tracks are allowed.
- Content Rules: Lyrics must promote constructive social values. Vulgar, offensive, political, discriminatory, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited and will lead to disqualification.
- Usage Rights: The Ministry reserves the right to document, photograph, and use submitted performances for public awareness and promotional campaigns.
