Whether you engineer a mobile interface, an open-source productivity app, or a web tool for social good, the core goal is simply to build something practical, stable, and highly functional.

🏁 PORTAL SUBMISSION PACKET GUIDELINES
To clear the initial system review, your final project entry page must comprehensively detail:
- 1. Project Title: A sharp, concise, and professional nomenclature block for your creation.
- 2. Project Architecture Description: A thorough text layout breaking down:
- Problem Statement: The technical friction point or social issue your software addresses.
- Solution Overview: The execution logic and how your software handles user workflows.
- Key Features: The core capabilities and interactive facets of your system.
- Stack Architecture: The explicit list of programming languages, frameworks, UI tools, and APIs deployed.
- Target Consumers: The exact demographic profile benefiting from the deployment.
- 3. Functional Project Files (Mandatory): High resolution screenshots, execution wireframes, or clear product layouts tracking your interface. At least one system functionality asset is strictly required to pass screening.
- 4. Production Repository / Live Link (Highly Recommended): A public GitHub repository containing clear open-source codebase structures or a live URL deployment page.
- 5. Team Hierarchy Details: Complete profile directory detailing active team members alongside their dedicated development or design roles.
📊 SELECTION & JUDGING METRICS
Submissions are thoroughly evaluated by the Hack4Today jury panel across a five-axis weighted performance index:
- 🛠️ Technical Execution (30%): Robustness of the application code, architecture stability, clean implementation, and proper utilization of the selected tech stack.
- 💡 Creativity & Originality (25%): Uniqueness of the system framework. Does your approach stand out from standard tech-fest templates?
- 🌍 Usefulness & Impact (20%): The practical value, target utility, and immediate problem-solving capability of the software.
- 🎨 Design & User Experience (15%): UI layout quality. Intuitive onboarding, fluid navigation patterns, grid system discipline, and clear user journeys.
- 📝 Presentation & Documentation (10%): Clarity and precision of your text descriptions, system blueprints, markdown documentation, and demo walk-throughs.
