The North East Region – Quiz Competition 2026 is an online quiz organised as part of the Independence Day Celebrations 2026 by the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (MDoNER) in coordination with MyGov. The quiz aims to increase awareness among citizens, especially youth, about the culture, festivals, traditional knowledge, heritage, and development initiatives of North East India.

🎯 Eligibility & Rules

• Eligibility: Open to all Indian citizens
• Participation rule: One participant can participate only once
• Attempt rule: The quiz starts immediately after clicking “Play Quiz”
• Submission rule: Entries once submitted cannot be withdrawn
• Quiz format: 10 questions to be answered within 5 minutes
• Required details: Participants must provide correct name, email address, phone number, and postal address
• Winner selection: Participants who answer all questions correctly and submit within the time limit will be included in an eligible pool
• Evaluation process: Winners will be selected through a system-generated randomisation method for fairness and transparency
• Final decision: Organiser’s decision will be final and binding
